When you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, optional phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, requested apartment, message) to process and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request). Emails are sent via the email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as processor; the transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website is hosted with Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested) to ensure the website operates reliably. The transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use one technically necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your selected language. This cookie does not require consent. Optional third-party content (see below) is only loaded after your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

On the Region page we optionally embed a YouTube video (via the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com), and on the Contact page an optional Google Maps map. Both are only loaded once you actively consent in the corresponding placeholder. Enquiries submitted via the contact form are deleted once they have been processed and any booking has been completed or declined, but no later than the expiry of statutory retention periods (e.g. tax-relevant correspondence).
